Description: This is a very rare FR#, only 20 known. A fine brought almost $2,000 and a VF brought over $2600 in a major auction last year. I grade this note about VG, the note is all there but it has problems. There are several pinholes(more then 30) and it has an internal tear on the "U" in United.
