Description: This is the only serial#1 note known on any $1 Treasury note. The census does not show a #1 on the 1891 series. Note has a small tear above the "T" in Treasury and a paper pull about the portrait. It is listed in the census as VG but I cannot figure out why, just look at the pic below. I am calling it a Fine and not that the grade matters to much here because it is all about the Numero UNO !!!
